Roadmap

What comes next, and what stands in the way.

We do not publish dates that would slip quietly. There are five chapters, and every line shows its honest status: running, being built, decided, undecided, or ruled out.

In the browser

The map has to feel right before anything is paid.

Everything in this chapter can be tried today. It exists so the walking, the reach and the limits are tested by people before money is attached to them.

  • Practice map

    live

Fifty cities, spots placed by a formula that changes every day, catches saved in your browser and valued at live prices.

  • Location only when you ask

    live

The position is read after you tap Near me, used inside the tab and never sent to our server.

  • Wallet connect

    live

Any Solana wallet that speaks the Wallet Standard. The site reads balances and asks for no signature.

  • A phone app

    open

A web page cannot read sensors as reliably as an app, but an app adds store reviews and a second codebase. Undecided; the browser version comes first.

The token

$GROVI gets a job on day one.

A game token that does nothing invites the question of why it exists. These are the jobs it is meant to have, in the order they are planned.

  • Publish the contract address

    next

Here first, then on X. The site validates it and switches every panel from 'at launch' to live data.

  • Live supply, price and authorities

    building

Already wired: the token page reads the mint account and the deepest pool the moment the address is real.

  • The shop

    next

Three boosts priced in dollars, paid in the token, half burned. Needs the shop wallet and a price quote that holds for a few minutes.

  • Legendary holding gate

    next

A balance held for 24 hours, read from transfer history rather than a balance at one instant, so a borrowed balance does not qualify.

  • Votes on new spots

    open

Signed messages weighted by held balance. The open part is how to stop one large holder from deciding every city.

The vault

Real payouts, with nothing to trust but the chain.

This is the chapter everything else depends on, so it is the one we will not rush.

  • A public vault address

    next

One Solana address holding the stock tokens the pins pay. Its contents are the reserve; there is no other number.

  • Catch checks on a server

    next

A server that looks at the walk itself, not only the last coordinate, before it approves a payout.

  • Review before payouts

    next

An outside review of the vault setup and the claim service before the first real fragment leaves it.

  • Appeals read by a person

    next

A refused catch can be contested, and a human answers.

Shops

Shops pay for visitors, visitors walk to shops.

Sponsored spots are how the vault fills without printing anything.

  • Pin preview

    practice

The sponsor form shows what a pin and a budget would look like. Drafts stay in your browser.

  • Funded spots

    next

A pin that goes live only after its funding transaction confirms, with a daily cap on spending.

  • Counter codes

    next

A short code typed at the till that confirms a real visit without a photo.

  • A shop's own token on the pin

    open

Designed, not built. Needs a review process so a pin cannot be used to push a worthless token.

Not doing

Things we decided not to build.

Saying no in public is cheaper than walking it back later.

  • A bridge to another chain

    not planned

$GROVI, the loot and the vault all live on Solana.

  • Marketing the game as a way to earn a living

    not planned

A few dollars of stock for a walk is a prize, not a wage, and we will not describe it as one.

  • Paying catches in our own token

    not planned

The prize is always the stock itself.

Out you go.
