Every piece of data, and why
Read by your browser after you tap Near me, used on your device to measure distance to pins.
Never sent to our server. Gone when you close the tab.
Saved in your browser's local storage so they survive a reload.
Stays on your device. Clear it from the You tab or your browser settings.
Known to the page while connected, and sent to our read-only RPC relay to look up your SOL and token balances.
Not stored. The relay forwards the read and keeps nothing.
Seen by our server with every request, used to count requests against a rate limit.
Held in memory for at most ten minutes, never written to disk or a database.
Others who touch it
- OpenStreetMap tile servers. Your browser loads map images straight from them, so they see your IP and which area you look at.
- Your wallet. Phantom, Solflare or whichever you use has its own privacy policy. We never see your keys.
- Solana RPC, Jupiter, Dexscreener. Our server asks them for public chain and price data. No personal data of yours is included, except your public address in a balance lookup.
- Hosting provider. Serves the site and may keep standard access logs.
Your rights
You can see, change and delete everything we keep about you, because it all sits in your own browser. For anything else, ask through @grovi, and do not post private details in a public reply. The legal entity behind Grovi Family and its postal address will be published here before payouts start.
